Virginia's Oyster Trail is a unified visitor-directed experiential trail focused on the Virginia Oyster. Oyster businesses, eco-tours, culinary locations, wineries, breweries, aqua-artisans and cultural sites located in Virginia's distinctive Bay and river towns offer a special opportunity to highlight the stories and services as related to The Virginia Oyster. The initiative begins with the Eastern Shore, Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula and highlight Virginia's seven (7) distinct oyster- producing zones and will radiate across the Commonwealth.
